Section 11: Lighting

Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 61 of 1981

(1) In every industrial premises where employees are working or passing, there shall be provided and maintained sufficient and suitable lighting, natural or artificial or both.

(2) In every industrial premises, all glazed windows and sky-lights used for the lighting of any work room shall be kept clean on both the inner and outer surface.
