CHAPTER-II CONSTITUTION OF THE TAMIL NADU HERITAGE COMMISSION (1) The Government shall, by notification, constitute a body to be known as the Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission. (2) The Commission shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract and shall, by the said name, sue or be sued.
