Section 26: Investment of security furnished

The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions Employees(Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1959

(1) The cash security furnished by an employee shall be invested as early as possible in any one of the approved forms of securities and the interest earned by such security shall be paid to the employee.

(2) No interest shall be payable on the security amount till it is invested in the manner indicated in sub-rule (1).
