Section 38: Employees Provident Fund Scheme

The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions Employees(Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1959

(1) Every religious institution, the annual income of which, as calculated under section 92 of the Act, is rupees ten thousand or more shall, introduce Employees Provident Fund Scheme for the benefi t of its employees.

(2) The rules governing the administration of the Employees Provident Fund shall be as per the rules in force.
