Section 7: Transaction to be under excise supervision

The Tamil Nadu Indian Made Foreign Spirit (Storage in Bond) Rules ,1981State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1937

(1) All transactions pertaining to the receipt, transport, storage-in-bond and issue of Indianmade Foreign Spirits shall be under excise supervision.

(2) The licensee shall not carry out such transaction on Sundays and on other days notified by the Government except with the prior permission of the Collector of the district.
