The Government shall not be held responsible for the destruction or loss damage of any spirits stored in the blending unit by fire or theft or by gauging or by any other cause whatsoever. In case of fire or other accident, the Manufactory Officer shall immediately attend and open the manufactory, if necessary at any hour, by day or night.
