Tamil Nadu Industrial Township Area Development Authority Act, 1997State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 33 of 1997

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall be a whole time Officer of the Authority.

Powers of the Authority

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the regulations or delegated to him by the Authority.
