Section 8: Powers of the Board relating to Project Conceptualization and Monitoring

Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Rules 2012State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2012

(1) The Board may seek such information from and issue such lawful directions as it deems fit in connection with the conceptualising or implementation of any project to any public agency and such agency shall provide all such information and comply with all such directions;

(2) Where the bottlenecks in the execution of a project appear to be due to impediments requiring policy changes or where a project is creating an impact 3 which the Board on enquiry is satisfied is adverse, it may make recommendations to the Government for appropriate corrective actions.
