Section 5: Constitution of the Board

Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund ActState Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 36 of 1972

The Board shall consist of a Chairman who shall be the Minister-in-charge of Labour and of the following members appointed by the Government namely: --

(a) such number of representatives of employers and employees as may be prescribed:

Provided that both employers and employees, shall have equal representation on the Board;

(b) such number of members of the State Legislature as may be prescribed;
