Section 7: Term of office of the members

Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund ActState Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 36 of 1972

The term of office of the members of the Board other than the official members shall be three years from the date of their appointment and they shall be eligible for reappointment. They shall continue as such members until the appointment of the successors:

Provided that a member of the State Legislature shall cease to be a member of the Board from the date on which he ceases to be a member of the State Legislature.
