Section 21: Proceedings of the meeting and minutes book

Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Rules-1973State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1972

(1) The proceedings of each meeting showing inter alia the names of the members present thereat shall be forwarded to each member of the Board, as soon after the meeting as possible.

(2) The minutes of proceedings of the meeting shall be kept in a separate book and shall be signed by the Chairman at the meeting at which the proceedings are confirmed.
