The accounts of the funds shall be prepared and maintained by the Accounts Officer of the Board in such form as may be prescribed by the Examiner of Local Fund Accounts, Madras, and shall be audited by him once a year. The Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for the disposal of the audit note.
