Section 6: Payment of railway fare

The Tamil Nadu Legislators’ (Railway Fare to Former Members) Rules, 2018State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1951

(1) Every former Member, who has attended the celebration shall prefer the claim within two months as prescribed in Form-A appended to these rules and delivered at the offi ce of the Secretary.

(2). If a claim for railway fare is preferred by a former Member 3 after the expiry of three months from the date of its becoming due, such claim shall be regarded as time-barred and rejected summarily.
