Section 29: Withdrawal of complaint

The Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Rules, 2018State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2018

No complaint shall be permitted to be withdrawn unless the Lokayukta is satisfied that the complaint was made under a bona-fide mistake.
