Section 52: Transfer of accumulations in provident fund, etc

Making ordinance, the Syndicate shall consultState Ordinance of Tamil Nadu · No. 23 of 1985

The sums at the provident fund accounts of the employees referred to in sub-section (1) of section 51 as on the date to be specified in the order under clause (a) of the said sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the University and the liability in respect of the said provident fund, pension, gratuity and family benefit fund accounts of such employees shall be the liability of the University.
