Section 13: Review of master plan

Master Plan ( Preparation, Publication and Sanction) Rules, 1983State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

The procedure laid down in rules 7 to 12 shall apply in full to any review of master plan ordered by Government under clause (b) sub-section

(2) of section 32.

Amended vide G.O.Ms.No. 303 H&UD Dt. 26.03.85 AMENDMENT In the said rules, for rule 14, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:

“14. Variation or revocation of a Master Plan – (1) Government may vary or revoke a Master Plan under sub-section (4) of section 32 and any such variation or revocation shall be notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

(2) Any variation or revocation of a Master Plan notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette shall be republished in the manner prescribed under rule 15”.
