Section 50: Filling up o f regular vacancies

Where any vacancy amon& the' elected members of any authority or other body of the University arise;

by efflux of time, such vacancy shall be filled by way of electio~ wKck may be fixed ,by the Vice-Chancellor :

Provided that such election shall not be. held 'earlier than two months from the date 012 which the vacancy arises, I
