Section 11: The Pro-Chancellor

Mother Teresa Women's University, KodaikanalState Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 15 of 1984

(1) The Minister in-charge of the portfolio of Education in the State of Tamil Nadu shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University.

(2) In the absence of the Chancellor, or during the Chancellor’s inability to act, the Pro-Chancellor shall exercise all the powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
