Section 36: Conditions of service

Mother Teresa Women's University, KodaikanalState Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 15 of 1984

Subject to the Provisions of this Act, the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers, teachers and other persons employed in the University shall be such as may be prescribed.

Explanation:- For the purposes of this section, the word “offices”shall not include the Chancellor and the Pro-Chancellor.
