Section 42: Appeals

The Tamil Nadu Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1965State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1961

(1) The employer may appeal to the Chief Inspector against any order of an inspector and to the State Government or such authority as the State Government may appoint in this behalf against any order of the Chief Inspector, within thirty days from the date of receipt by him of the order appealed against.

(2) The appeal shall be in the form of a memorandum and shall set forth concisely the grounds of objection to the order. The appeal shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against.
