(1) In case of violation of any of the conditions of the permit and any of the provisions of these rules, the Executive Authority may cancel the permit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the holder of the permit.
(2) In case of violation of any of the conditions of the Certificate of Registration and any of the provisions of these Rules, the Commissioner, the District Collector, as the case may be may cancel the Certificate of Registration, after giving an opportunity of hearing, to the holder of such Certificate.
