Section 15: Sale of manufactured drug by permit holder to authorized persons

The Tamil Nadu Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1985State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1985

Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the holder of a permit shall, whenever required to do so, sell any manufactured drug to any officer of the Government, who is duly authorized by the Government in this behalf to purchase and possess such drug on behalf of the Government.

Provided that a receipt may be obtained by the holder of the permit from the officer for the same and kept on his record.
