Section 29: Registers to be maintained in respect of personal permits and certificates issued

Registers in Form ND / RG1 and ND / RG 2 shall, respectively, be maintained in the Office of the Collector in respect of personal permit and certificate of registration issued by the said authority. The register in Form ND / RG 1 shall be kept separately for each taluk in the district and separately for each financial year and shall be maintained upto date.

30 Validity of permit, approval etc. - (1) Every permit, approval, authorization of permit, issued under these rules shall be valid for the financial year beginning from the 1st April or from the date of issue and ending with the 31st March immediately following.
