Section 5: Manufacture of preparations

The Tamil Nadu Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1985State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1985

A licensed dealer or licensed chemist may, subject to the conditions of a permit issued to him in Form ND/RC and subject to the payment of the fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) manufacture any preparation containing any manufactured drug from the material which the maker is lawfully entitled to possess.
