In the Government order first read above, the Government reconstituted the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and the Executive Committee for a period of 3 years.
The tenure of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and it’s Executive Committee came to an end on 21.10.2013.
2.Consequently the Member Secretary (Full Additional Charge), Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai has sent a proposal for the reconstitution of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and the Executive Committee.
3.The Government after careful examination have decided to accept the proposal of the Member Secretary (Full Additional Charge), Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai and reconstitute the Council of Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology as per rule 3 and 3(2) of Rules and Regulations. of the Society and the Executive Committee of Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology as per rule 8 of Rules and Regulation of Society as detailed in the Annexure I and II respectively to this order and also appoint Dr.R.Srinivasan, Scientific OFficer, Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre as Member and Secretary in the Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology who will become Member Secretary of the Executive Committee. The term shall be for a period of three years from the date of issue of this order.
