The Licensing Authority, if he is satisfied that the licensee has failed to comply with any of the conditions of the licence or any of the provisions of the Act or the rules made thereunder, after giving the licensee an opportunity to show cause within a period of not less than fourteen days, cancel the licence stating the reasons therefor, by an order in writing.
