Section 1: Short title

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property) Rules, 2000State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

These Rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property) Rules, 2000.

2. Definitions -In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, “Form” and “Schedule” shall mean the Forms and Schedules appended to these Rules.
