Section 7: Alteration of classification of Panchayat Villages

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act,1994State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 21 of 1994

(1) The Government may alter any classification notified under sub-section (1) of Section 4, 1[***].

(2) Any decision made by the Government under this section shall not be questioned in a Court of law.
