The Election court shall, as soon as may be after the conclusion of the trial of an election petition, intimate the substance of the decision to the Secretary or Commissioner or *Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, of the Panchayat concerned and to the Sate Election Commission and as soon as may be thereafter, shall send to the State Election Commission an authenticated copy of the decision.
