Section 59: Transmission of ballot boxes, etc., to the Returning Officer

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Returning Officer at such place as the Returning Officer may direct-

(a) the ballot boxes (used and unused);

(b) the ballot paper account or accounts;

(d) the sealed packets referred to in Rule 58; and]

(e) all other papers and marking or stamping articles used at the poll.
