Section 4: Procedure

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats(Services safegaurding of national security)Rules, 1999State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

Before an order under Rule 3 is made,-

(1) the Inspector shall, by notice in writing, inform the Employee concerned of the action proposed to be taken against him and give him an opportunity to make any representation in writing against such action to the Government within such period as may be specified in the notice; and

(2) the Government shall take into consideration the representation, if any, so made by such Employee.
