If any person fails to furnish any information or to produce any document requisitioned under sub section (5) of section 3 or under section 11 within the time specified in the requisition under that section or within the further time, if any, allowed by the Tahsildar under that section, he shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to, two hundred rupees.
