Every employer shall send half yearly return in Form 2 so as to reach the 1[***] Deputy Commissioner of Labour concerned not later than fifteen days from the close of the half year.

Explanation – Half year for the purpose of the rule means “a period of six months commencing from the 1st January or 1st July of every year”.
