The registers referred to in rules 3, 4, 5 and 17 shall be preserved for a period of three years, from the date of the last entry noted in them and shall always be readily available in the factory for inspection during all working hours of the factory.
Section 26 (3) (b) 6-A. Notice of rates of wages to be paid to workers. – In every factory the paymaster shall display at or near the main entrance of the factory notices in Form VI specifying the rates of wages payable to different classes of workers employed therein.
The notices shall be in English and in the language of the majority of the persons employed in the factory:
Provided that in the case of factories wherein one hundred or more persons are employed notices in Form VI shall be displayed separately for each section in the departments concerned instead of at or near the main entrance of the factory.
