Tamil Nadu Persons Studied in Tamil Medium Act 2010State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 40 of 2010

(1) The Tamil Nadu Appointment on preferential basis in the Services under the State of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium Ordinance, 2010 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
