Section 3: Condition precedent to association of persons with the planning authorities

Planning authorities (Association of Person) RulesState Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

Any person may be associated with the planning authority for assistance or advice with reference to any specific purpose as may be determined by the planning authority in the performance of its functions under the Act:

Provided that the sanction of the Government or the local authority concerned shall be obtained if an officer of Government or local authority is so associated;

Provided further that the consent of the person concerned to associate with the planning authority shall also be obtained.
