Two copies of the report together with enclosures, if any, along with a copy of the Planning Authority’s resolution approving the report shall be submitted to the Director not later than the June following the year to which the annual report relates with an advance copy to the Government. The Director shall submit a consolidated report to the Government through the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Board later then the 15 th September following the year in which the annual report relates.
