Section 9: Statement to be prepared

Preparation, Publication and Sanction of Detailed Development Plan (Chennai Metropolitan Planning Area) RulesState Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

The following statements shall accompany, every Detailed Development Plan--

(i) a statement in Form No. 3 showing the ownership and extents of lands included in the plan ;

(ii) a statement in Form No. 4 showing the list of new streets and widening of existing streets ;

(iii) a statement in Form No. 5 showing the lands proposed ;

(iv) a statement in Form No. 6 showing the lands proposed to be reserved for the purpose of clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act.
