The Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders6, Drug Offenders, Forest-Offenders,2 Goondas, Immoral…State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 14 of 1982

(1) The Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-grabbers Ordinance, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance I of 1982) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
