An application for issue of duplicate Transfer Certificate shall be made to the Head Master of the private school where he had last studied accompanied by payment of a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) or as may be specified by the Government from time to time together with a declaration that the original Transfer Certificate could not be found despite all efforts to trace out the same. The Headmaster shall issue the duplicate Transfer Certificate within a period of two weeks.
