Section 35: Utilisation of funds and property of a private school

The Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 2023.State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2019

(1) The funds and property of a private school shall be utilised for the purposes for which they are intended and shall be for the furtherance of education and other related activities.

(2) Where the educational agency seeks to divert the funds from one purpose to another, it shall do so only after obtaining the prior permission of the competent authority.
