The Tamil Nadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1975State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 1 of 1976

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding Protection of shalllie against any person for anything which is, in good acti@n tskcn in faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of this good Act or any rules or orders made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie agzinst the Government, the corporate authority, the appellate officer or the estate officer in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Actor ofanyrules or orders made thereunder.
