The Tamil Nadu Safety Officers (Duties, Qualification & Conditions of Service) Rules,2005State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1948

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 40- B read with section 112 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules, the draft of the same having been previously published, as required by section 115 of the said Act.
