The District Committee in every revenue district shall consist in addition to the Chief Educational Officer of the district as Chairperson, the following members, namely:—
(a) District Educational Officer at the district headquarters .. Member- Secretary.
(b) All Other District Educational Officers in the district .. Member.
(c) Inspector of Matriculation Schools having jurisdictioin over the area .. Member.
(d) District Elementary Educational Officer of the district .. Member.

(f) Headmaster of the Government High School .. Member.

(h) Principial of the Anglo-Indian or .. Member.
Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School at the district or nearby district FORM [see sub-rule (1) of rule 5]
