Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Tamil Nadu Scrap Merchants and Dealers in Second-hand Property and Owners of Automobile Workshops and Tinker Shops (Regulation, Control…State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 1 of 1986

(1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Scrap Merchants and Dealers in Second-hand Property and Owners of Automobile Workshops and Tinker Shops (Regulation, Control and Licensing) Act, 1985.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint.
