Section 69: Act to voverride other law

Tamil Nadu Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance Act,1971)State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 1 of 1971

The provisions of this Act and the rules made there under shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any law for the time being in force, or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a Court or other authority.
