Section 13: Communication oforder ofapproval or refusal to change the name of the society

The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1975

( 1) If the Registrar approves the change of name of the society, he shall record his approval by means of an order and communicate a copy of the order to the applicant.

(2) If the Registrar refuses to approve the change of name of the society, he shall record his reasons for such refusal in writing and communicate a copy of the order to the applicant.
