Section 32: Time for filing the mortgage or charge

The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1975

The documents relating to the mortgage or charge sections (1) and (2) ofsection 32 shall be filed with the Registrar for Registration within one month from the date of its creation or from the date on which the acquisition of property in question specified in sub-section

(2) of the said section is completed, as the case may be.
