Section 34: Appointment of Liquidator

The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1975

(1) If any society, ch has been cancelled by the Registrar, n one month the registration ofwhi has not taken any action under section 39 withi from the date of such order of cancellation, the Registrar may appoint liquidator to wind up the society.

(2) A copy oforder ofappointment of the liquidator s be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
