Section 9: Register ofsocieties

The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1975

(1) The register specified in sub-section (2) of section 10 shall be in Form No. III.

(2) The Registrar shall cause an alphabetical index to be maintained in respect of the societies registered in each calendar year. The entries in the alphabetical index shall be made then and there. It shall be in Form N0. IV.
